Ali joined the Cobalt team in 2015. Her hard work, charisma, and passion for business helped spark Ali's career in the medical field. She specializes in all facets of medical sales including navigating new office start-ups, modernizing existing offices, equipment and surgical supply updates and personalized customer service.

Raised on Long Island in a family of nurses and doctors, Ali is dedicated to helping medical professionals learn about the newest advancements and options in medical technology.

Ali is an enthusiastic member of our team and in her free time enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and tennis, and downhill skiing.

Krystal Rodriguez

Sales Representative
Krystal brings over a decade of medical expertise to Cobalt Medical Sales, where she has been an integral part of the team since 2014. Her clinical background as a Clinical Manager in dermatology has equipped her with a unique understanding of the intricacies of medical practices.

With experience managing a team of medical assistants and assisting in surgeries and procedures, Krystal possesses a distinct ability to address product inquiries with precision and expertise. Her insight into the medical field enables her to provide tailored solutions, ensuring that clients receive the most effective and cost-efficient supplies and practice setup advice.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Krystal is a devoted mother to her two young daughters and enjoys traveling, watching sports, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Jason Dubrovich


Marketing Coordinator

Employed with Cobalt Medical since 2025, Jason specializes in project management, social media, marketing strategy, and customer service.

He joins Cobalt with a vast experience in marketing. He graduated with a degree in economics and marketing before eventually starting his own marketing agency. Jason is also a former D1 and Professional soccer player.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Jason enjoys playing soccer, lifting, spending time with family, and traveling.

Jason is excited to be a part of the Cobalt team, where he can implement his creativity and skills to help with growth.

Daniel Mazon


Sales Representative

Employed with Cobalt Medical since 2005, Daniel has been specializing in supply management, medical sales, and customer service for all specialties including dermatology, plastic surgery, and surgical centers. His efforts have helped to make Cobalt Medical a one stop company giving Cobalt’s customer base the ability to truly shop with confidence. His product knowledge enhances his effectiveness in forecasting and purchasing supplies for which he negotiates the best pricing possible which benefits all of our customers.

His ability to stay positive and consistently focus on your overall experience is his main goal. Daniel prides himself in coming through in the clutch for his customers whenever it is needed.

Daniel enjoys relaxing with his family, doing activities with his young children, barbecuing with friends, and playing golf.

Matthew Mazon


Sales Representative

Employed with Cobalt Medical Since 2003, Matthew has worked to develop the skill and knowledge as an expert in the medical clinical field in order to be an asset to his customers. Matthew has experience with designing and furnishing offices for otolaryngology, dermatological and plastic surgery offices among the projects, in addition to providing needed supplies for them.

A core value of Matthew’s is never to shy away from a challenge or difficult situation. He will tailor his efforts to accommodate his customers' needs.

Of all his accomplishments, one of Matthew’s prized achievements is his family life. Matthew’s hobbies include golfing, waterskiing, tennis, bowling, watching sports, movies, traveling, and making people laugh.
